Nidhi Amanda found inspiration in the lotus seed that finds its beginning in the dark before shooting up to the light. She is a Certified Therapeutic Counsellor and Integrative Life Coach that combines the ancient wisdom of the medicine wheel in her sessions with clients. Mary And Me designed a PR/Media kit for her that brings all the elements of her journey together.
